Frequently Asked Questions

Are you celiac safe?

  • I do NOT just bake gluten free. While I have safety and sanitation measures in place, there is always a risk of cross contamination. 

I notice you said you don't use artificial sweeteners, but I'm diabetic. What can you do to accommodate?​

  • While, I do not like to use things like Splenda or Stevia in my bakes, I have used date sugar for diabetic orders in the past and am happy to make the adjustment. If you prefer artificial sweeteners, let me know in your order. 

​Do you make Gluten Free desserts?

  • Yes but I do not recommend severe coeliacs order from me due to the fact I only have 1 kitchen and cannot guarantee there won't be cross contamination.  Everything is cleaned and sanitized between GF and regular flour, but there is always a chance. 

Can you make Vegan/ Dairy Free desserts?

  • Yes! As someone who was vegan for several years, I am knowledgeable in vegan bakes and am happy to accommodate your dietary needs. 

Do you make Keto desserts​

  • Yes! Message me for your custom order. 

Do you have a store front?

  • Not yet but hopefully soon!
