Are you celiac safe?

I do NOT just bake gluten free. While I have safety and sanitation measures in place, there is always a risk of cross contamination.
I notice you said you don't use artificial sweeteners, but I'm diabetic. What can you do to accommodate?

While, I do not like to use things like Splenda or Stevia in my bakes, I have used date sugar for diabetic orders in the past and am happy to make the adjustment. If you prefer artificial sweeteners, let me know in your order.
Do you make Gluten Free desserts?

Yes but I do not recommend severe coeliacs order from me due to the fact I only have 1 kitchen and cannot guarantee there won't be cross contamination. Everything is cleaned and sanitized between GF and regular flour, but there is always a chance.
Can you make Vegan/ Dairy Free desserts?

Yes! As someone who was vegan for several years, I am knowledgeable in vegan bakes and am happy to accommodate your dietary needs.
